At BandsCo Straps, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn watch straps in their original packaging. Simply ensure the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or a different style.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Straps

  Place the unworn straps back in their original BandsCo pouch and secure them in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
